Why has my personalisation been rejected?

We have the right to refuse personalisation, if we find the submitted text could cause any offence.

If your personalised order is rejected, you can either amend your personalised text or we will offer you a full refund for your order.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Nope! Delivery is completely FREE for all orders within the mainland UK, with no minimum spend.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to mainland UK.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Items are made to order and will take up to 10 working days to be produced and shipped.

Should you require speedier delivery, please get in touch and we will see what we can do!

If you are ordering an item as a gift, please allow adequate time for delivery.

What do I do if I have submitted the wrong address / an incomplete address?

It is the responsibility of the customer to fill out their complete address including apartment/unit numbers correctly.

If you notice you have supplied the wrong address, please get in touch as soon as possible, as we may be able to amend your order if your item is yet to be dispatched. We can't guaranteed updating addresses in time.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your item has been shipped Tickled Prints is not responsible or liable for any stolen or lost packages.

Can I return my order?

Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received.

Please note, personalised items are non refundable.
